Cooking Instructions - General - Temperature after cooking >72°C.
Preparation: Always wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after handling raw meat. Remove plastic casing. Cut into 10 pieces.
Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout.
Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Grill - From Chilled - Cook thoroughly on a preheated medium grill for 8-10 minutes turning occasionally.
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - Cook thoroughly in a little oil over a medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
