First Read Below, Then Do All the Things.
Makes 525ml - Serves 6
(This pack makes approximately 24 servings)
Low Tech: Put 3 tablespoons (50g) into a saucepan. Pour in 525ml of boiling water and whisk 'til it's smooooth. Stick it on the hob and stir 'til it's boiling. Then simmer for 1 minute and give it the odd stir. That's it, now pour it over your roast beef, chicken, potatoes and vegetables or whatever you're having yourself.
High Tech: Put 3 tablespoons (50g) into a microwaveable bowl or jug. Pour in 525ml of boiling water and whisk 'til it's smooooth. Chuck it in the microwave on full power (900 watt) for 1 minute. For extra thickness give it another 30 seconds! Now, get it out and on your grub.
