Peel if required.
Hob - From Ambient - 15-20 mins.
Boil and simmer. Place potatoes in a saucepan of boiling water, bring back to the boil.
Simmer for time indicated above. Drain and serve.
Oven cook - From Ambient - 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 6, 35-45 mins.
Preheat oven to required temperature shown above. Place potatoes on a pre-heated roasting tray containing oil, turning after 15 minutes. Cook for a further 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Steam - From Ambient - 15-20 mins.
Steam over a pan of simmering water for the time indicated above.
