Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Wash before use. Peel if required.
Oven cook - From Chilled - 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 6, 43 mins.
- Preheat oven to required temperature shown above.
- Place the peeled potatoes in a saucepan of boiling water, return to the boil and simmer for 8 minutes.
- Drain thoroughly.
- Place potatoes on a pre-heated roasting tray containing oil, turning after 15 minutes. Cook for a further 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Steam - From Chilled - Steam over a pan of simmering water for the time indicated above.

Cut potatoes into smaller sizes for a quicker cooking time.
2 Crispy spuds
To get really crispy roast potatoes, make sure the fat or oil is really hot before you add the potatoes.
3 Neven's top tip!
Parboil and freeze potatoes ahead of time if you know you won't get through the bag in time and then roast from frozen when ready to eat.
