Keep frozen at -18°C. Defrost instructions: Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator and use within 24 hours of defrost. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - The following are guidelines only. Appliances may vary. For best results pan fry from defrost. For convenience microwave from frozen.
Important: Check food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.
Shallow Fry - From Defrost - Remove fillet from all packaging. Preheat a little oil in a frying pan. Place skin side down on a medium temperature and fry for 12-15 minutes, tuming halfway through cooking time.
Microwave - From Frozen - (Based on 1 pouch): Remove outer packaging, place pouch on a microwavable plate. Pierce pouch several times. Cook on full power (Cat E 800W) for 3 minutes and allow to stand for 1 minute. Take care when opening the pouch as there may be a build-up of steam.
Oven cook - From Frozen - Pre-heat the oven to 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas 7. Remove fillet from all packaging and wrap loosely in aluminium foil. Place on a preheated baking tray in the oven in a single layer and allow to cook for 30-35 minutes or until piping hot throughout.
