Remove all packaging. Cook from frozen.
210ºC, Fan 190ºC, Gas 6, 20-25 mins
Pre-heat oven. Place fillets on a pre-heated baking tray and cook on the top shelf of the oven for the time indicated, turning halfway through cooking.
