Remove card sleeve, film and set aside the glaze sachet for later use. Wash hands after handling the sachet as it has been in contact with raw chicken.<br/> 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 60 mins.<br/> Preheat oven. Place the chicken in foil tray provided, on a roasting tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook for 45-50 minutes, remove from the oven, carefully open the glaze sachet and pour the contents over the chicken. Increase the oven temperature to 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7 and cook for a further 10-15 minutes, basting throughout until the skin is lovely and crispy. Ensure the chicken is thoroughly cooked before serving.<br/> To check, insert a skewer into the deepest part of the breast and thigh, if the chicken is cooked the juices will run clear, if not continue to cook and repeat check.<br/> Once cooked, cover with foil and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
