Keep refrigerated 0°C to +4°C. Consume within 24 hours of opening and by 'use by' date. For 'use by' date and weight, see top of pack. Suitable for home freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze.

Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging and allow the meat to come up to room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking.
190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 25 mins.per 500g + 20 mins.extra
Preheat oven. Place the roast on a roasting tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Allow joint to rest for 10 minutes before carving. Do not reheat.

Preparation and Usage
Serving Suggestion: For the perfect crackling, pat the rind dry then brush with a little oil and rub with plenty of sea salt. This will help the fat render and the rind will become puff and crisp.
