Microwave - From Ambient - Perfect every time...
1 Squeeze the pouch to separate the rice
2 Pour 100ml water into the pack (or milk for a creamier flavour)
3 Microwave on full power for 3mins in a 700W microwave or 2mins for 900W
4 Stir (Careful - it's hot!) and leave to stand for 1 minute. Enjoy!
Shallow Fry - From Ambient - Perfect every time...
1 Squeeze the pouch to separate the rice
2 Tip contents of the pouch into a saucepan
3 Add 100ml of water or milk and bring to the boil.
4 Simmer for 3 minutes whilst gently stirring until the risotto is smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
