Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - All appliance vary, the following are guidelines only. Always wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after handling raw meat.
Remove all packaging and set aside the sauce for later use.
Ensure product is piping hot and cooked throughout before serving.
Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Air Fry - From Chilled - (35 minutes)
Step 1: Preheat air fryer at 200°C for 2 minutes.
Step 2: Wrap joint in foil and place in the air fryer basket.
Step 3: Cook for 35 minutes.
Step 4: With 5 minutes to go, carefully peel back the foil to create a nest. Pour sauce over the eye loin and return to the air fryer for the remaining cooking time.
Based on a 1400W air fryer. Please refer to manufacturers guidelines for your air fryer.
Oven cook - From Chilled - (45 minutes)
Step 1: Place joint in a roasting tray and cover loosely with foil.
Step 2: Place on the middle shelf of a preheated oven and cook for 45 minutes. With 5 minutes to go, carefully peel back the foil and drain off any cooking juices.
Step 3: Top with the sauce and return to the oven for the remaining cooking time.
