Keep refrigerated between 0°c to +4°c. Consume within 24 hours of opening pack and by 'use by' date on front of pack. Suitable for home freezing.

Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - Not suitable for microwave cooking. Remove all packaging. These are guidelines only. Check product is thoroughly cooked and that the juices run clear before serving.
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - Drizzle a little oil and heat on a medium to high setting. Place your turkey steaks onto the pan to sear, 2 minutes each side. Add a knob of butter to the pan and reduce to a medium setting. Cook for a further 5-6 minutes approx.
Turning over to avoid excessive browning on either side.
Air Fry - From Chilled - Pre heat airfryer to 210°c. Place marinated / seasoned steaks with a little oil into air fryer basket. Cook for approx 3 minutes each side.
Preparation and Usage
Give it a try!
Marinade turkey steak using a cajun rub and serve with sweet potato mash and steamed greens.
