Cooking Guidelines
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging and allow chops to come up to room temperature for 10-15 minutes before cooking.
Medium 4-6 mins.
Well Done 10-12 mins.
Preheat 5ml of oil in a pan over a medium heat. Place the chops in the pan and cook for times indicated, turning occasionally.
Allow chops to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Do not reheat.
