If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze.

Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove card sleeve and film before cooking. Cooks in foil tray provided.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
Oven cook - From Chilled - 190°C/ Fan 170°C/ Gas 5, 20-25 mins.
Preheat oven to required temperature shown above. Place mini fillets, in foil tray provided, on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated. Ensure the chicken is thoroughly cooked before eating. To check, insert skewer in the deepest part of the flesh, if the chicken is cooked the juices will run clear, if not continue to cook and repeat check
Air Fry - From Chilled - 1700W 3.8L/ 170°C, 20 mins.
Preheat air fryer. Place mini fillets in a single layer in the air fryer. Cook for the time indicated, turning halfway through cooking. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
