Microwave - From Chilled - Place on a microwaveable plate. Cook for 5 mins 30 secs in a 900W appliance, 6 mins 20 secs for 800W and 7 mins 15 secs for 700W appliances.
Oven cook - From Chilled - Place on middle shelf of preheated oven at 180°C / 160°C Fan / Gas Mark 4 for 25 minutes.
