Microwave - From Chilled - Place on a microwaveable plate. Heat for 4 mins 30 secs in a 900W appliance, 5 mins 10 secs for 800W and 5 mins 50 secs for 700W appliances.
Oven cook - From Chilled - Place on middle shelf of preheated oven at 180°C / 160°C Fan / Gas Mark 4 for 30 minutes.
