Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging. For best results always cook from frozen.
Always check the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.
Hob - From Frozen - 6-8 mins.
Place Brussels sprouts in a saucepan of boiling water, return to the boil and simmer for time shown. Drain and serve.
Microwave - From Frozen - 650W, 7-9 mins.
750W, 6-8 mins.
850W, 5-7 mins.
Place 160g of Brussels sprouts into a microwaveable container and add 2-3 tbsp of water. Cover and cook for times indicated, stirring halfway through cooking. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir and serve.
