Cooking Guidelines
Microwave - From Frozen - 650W 6 1/2 mins., 750W 6 mins., 850W 5 1/2 mins.
Place 160g of vegetable medley onto a microwaveable container and add 2-3 tablespoons of water. Cover and cook for times indicated.
Allow to stand for 1 minute. Strain and serve.
Hob - From Frozen - 3-5 mins.
Place vegetable medley in a saucepan of boiling water, return to the boil and simmer for time shown. Stir and serve.
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging. For best results always cook from frozen.
Always check the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.
