Shallow Fry - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging and allow the meat to come up to room temperature for 10-15 minutes before cooking. Drizzle with a little oil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Rare 2-3., Medium 3-4 mins., Well done 6-7 mins.
Preheat a pan over a high heat and cook for times indicated, turning occasionally.
Allow steaks to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Do not reheat.
