Hob - From Ambient - Low tech: Empty this sachet into a saucepan. Pour in 525ml of boiling water and whisk 'til it's smooooth. Stick it on the hob and stir 'til it's boiling. Then simmer for 1 minute and give it the odd stir. That's it, now pour it over your roast beef, chicken, potatoes & veg or whatever you're having yourself.
Microwave - From Ambient - High tech: Empty this sachet into a microwaveable bowl or jug. Pour in 525ml of boiling water and whisk 'til it's smooooth. Chuck it in the microwave on full power (900watt) for 1 minute. For extra thickness give it another 30 seconds! now, get it out and on your grub.
