Preparation and Usage
Brew guides
To get the best taste from our coffee we recommend the following brew guide:
Filter coffee
Use one tablespoon of ground coffee per cup. Follow manufacturer's instructions for use.
Aeropress
Use two tablespoons of ground coffee per cup and add 230ml of freshly boiled (not boiling) water. Stir, attach cap tightly and place on mug. Plunge until all coffee has filtered through.
Cafetière
Use two tablespoons of ground coffee per cup and add freshly boiled (not boiling) water. Leave to brew for 4 minutes, plunge slowly and serve.
