- If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze.

Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliance, the following are guidelines only.
Remove card sleeve and pierce film several times before cooking.
Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
Microwave - From Chilled - 700W 5 1/2 mins.
800W 41/2 mins.
900W 4 mins.
Place onto a microwaveable plate and cook for times indicated. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film lid. Stir and serve.
Oven cook - From Chilled - 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 20 mins.
Preheat oven to required temperature shown above. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for times indicated. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film lid. Stir and serve.
