Stir Fry - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging.

Pre-heat a wok or frying pan over high heat. Add 10mls of oil, add ingredients and cook for 7 minutes stirring continuously. Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
Preparation and Usage
Our Stir Fry Meal Suggestion: In a preheated wok, if using meat or seafood stir fry until lightly browned. Add vegetables and stir fry both for time indicated on pack. Add stir fry sauce and continue to stir fry until piping hot. Serve with noodles or rice. Ensure protein and vegetables are fully cooked before serving.
