Cooking Guidelines
Microwave - From Chilled - Remove lid and place loosely on the top of the tub. Heat at 800W for 2 minutes, remove and stir. Put back in for a further 2 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute.
Hob - From Chilled - Pour into a pan, bring to the boil over a medium heat stirring occasionally.
Preparation and Usage
Shake well before heating
Pretend You're Dining Out:
Make spiced mint oil. Just take a handful of fresh mint and chop finely. Add a pinch of garam masala* spice. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix together and moisten with olive oil. Drizzle over soup just before serving.
