Cooking Instructions - General - Remove all packaging before cooking and slice (approx. 2cm thick).
Ensure product is thoroughly cooked before serving. While every effort is made to ensure all bones are removed, some may remain.
Grill - From Chilled - Place under a preheated grill for 10 - 12 minutes turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.
Stir Fry - From Chilled - Place on a pan with a little oil over a medium heat for 8 - 10 minutes turning occasionally.
