Always preheat your teapot or cup.
To prepare, use one teaspoon of tea per cup. Bring water to a boil and pour over the tea leaves, making sure that the leaves can move freely in the pot or cup and come in contact with as much water as possible. Stir occasionally.
Brew for 2 to 5 minutes, depending on preference.
