Wash before use. Peel if required.<br/>Hob - From Ambient - 20 mins.<br/> Place potatoes in a saucepan of boiling water, bring back to the boil. Simmer for time indicated above. Drain, mash and serve.<br/>Oven cook - From Ambient - 220°C Fan 200°C, Gas 6, 45 mins.<br/> Preheat oven to required temperature shown above. Prick potatoes with a fork and put onto a baking tray. Place directly on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated.<br/> Roast <br/> 220°C Fan 200°C, Gas 6, 48 mins.<br/> Preheat oven to required temperature shown above. Place the peeled potatoes in a saucepan of boiling water, return to the boil and simmer for 8 minutes. Drain thoroughly. Place potatoes in a pre-heated baking tray containing oil, turning after 20 minutes. Cook for a further 20 minutes until golden brown.<br/>Steam - From Ambient - 20 mins.<br/> Steam over a pan of simmering water for time indicated above.<br/>Microwave - From Ambient - 650W, 9-10 mins.<br/> 750W,8-9 mins.<br/> 850W, 7-8 mins.<br/> Prick potatoes with a fork. Place onto a microwaveable plate and cook for times indicated.
