Regional Information - This region benefits from the Mediterranean climate while the Black Mountain brings enough humidity and cool temperatures to enable the vineyards to produce grapes packed with fruity aromas
Vinification Details - Our winemakers taste the grapes at every stage of maturation to ensure they are fully ripened when picked. The grapes are destemmed and crushed before they go through a short maceration at a low temperature, exalting all the fruity aromas. The maceration is led following the traditional method, at 26°C, for about one month. Flash release is used for a better extraction of phenolic compounds. Part of the wine is aged with French oak staves.
