Once individual pouch is opened, consume within 24 hours and by 'use by' date. Suitable for home freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month. If freezing, cook from frozen for best results.

Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout.
Do not reheat.
Microwave - From Frozen - 800W 3 mins.
Remove outer packaging. Salmon darnes can be cooked in their individual pouches for extra succulence. Pierce the pouch several times. Place one pouch on a microwavable plate, skin side down and cook for time indicated. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Take care when opening the pouch as steam will escape and juices will be hot.

Shallow Fry - From Chilled - 10-12 mins.
Remove all packaging. Preheat 5ml of oil in a pan over a Medium heat. Place salmon skin side down in pan and cook gently for time indicated, turning halfway through cooking.

Just before pan frying, add some crushed garlic and serve with a squeeze of lemon.
