Always check the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.
Microwave - From Frozen - 800W, 2 1/2 mins.
Based on 1 pouch. Cat E 800w Full Power.
Remove outer packaging. Pierce pouch several times.
Place pouch on a microwavable plate and cook for time indicated. Cut pouch open, care must be taken when opening as steam will escape. Serve immediately.
Oven cook - From Frozen - 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 20-25 mins.
Preheat oven to required temperature shown above. Remove fillet from packaging and wrap loosely in foil. Place on a baking tray in the oven and allow to cook for 20-25 mins or until piping hot throughout.
