Barbecue - From Frozen - Prepare BBQ as per manufacturers guidelines. Wrap fillets in foil and seal well. Turn once during cooking. Be cautious of steam upon opening foil.

For best results cook in a conventional oven. These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances may vary. Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of the fillets.
Remove all packaging. Cook from frozen.
Microwave - From Frozen - Place fillets on a microwaveable plate. Cover loosely with microwaveable film and pierce.
For 1 Fillet reduce cooking time by 3 mins.
For 3-4 Fillets increase cooking time by 4 mins.

750W 7.5 mins
800W 7 mins
Oven cook - From Frozen - Pre-heat oven. Wrap fillets loosely in foil and place on a baking tray. Open foil for last 5 minutes of cooking.
200°C Fan 190°C Gas 6 25-30 mins
Steam - From Frozen - Place in steamer. 20-25 mins
