Suitable for Home Freezing
Keep Refrigerated

Storage
Keep refrigerated between 0°C to 5°C. Do not exceed the use by date. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours. Suitable for home freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase. Use within three months of freezing. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before cooking. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled - All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.
Ensure food is piping hot before serving.
Roast in the bag as easy as 1,2,3
1. Remove outer packaging
Remove outer sleeve and film lid from tray. The bag should remain in the tray.
2. Place in oven
Place the tray, including the bag, into a preheated oven at 180°C. Roast for approximately 50 minutes until fully cooked.
3. Cut bag and serve
Remove tray from the oven. Carefully cut open the bag and remove the joint. Leave standing for 10 minutes before serving.

Preparation and Usage
Always wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after handling raw meat.
