Consume within 24 hours of opening and by 'use by' date. For 'use by' date, see front of pack. Suitable for home freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month.
Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze.

Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only.
Cooks in foil tray provided. Remove card sleeve, film and sauce sachet before cooking.
200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 60 mins
Preheat oven. Place the bacon, in foil tray provided, on a roasting tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 40-45 minutes. Remove from the oven, carefully open the glaze sachet and pour the contents over the joint. Return to the middle shelf of the oven for a further 10-15 minutes, basting throughout.
Once cooked, cover with foil and allow to rest for 5 minutes before carving. Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
