Not suitable for microwave cooking. Remove all packaging. Prick the skin of the duck all over with a fork and season with sea salt and cracked black pepper just before cooking.
200°C / 400°F/ Gas Mark 6 60 mins.
Preheat oven to required temperature shown above.
Place crown on a wire rack in an oven proof tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated, basting regularly with the cooking juices.
Always check the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Allow to stand for 10 minutes before carving. Do not reheat once cooked.
