Heat a little oil in a heavy base frying pan or wok. Add vegetables and cook for time indicated, turning occasionally.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.

In a preheated wok, if using meat or seafood stir fry until lightly browned. Add vegetables and stir fry both for time indicated on pack. Add stir fry sauce just before the end of cooking and serve over rice or noodles.
Ensure protein and vegetables are fully cooked before serving.
