Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only.
Remove all packaging.
Drizzle with a little oil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
170°C, Fan 150°C, Gas 3, 2-2 1/2 hours
Preheat oven. Pan fry the meat in a hot pan for 2 minutes to seal in the flavour and juices. Transfer the meat to a casserole dish, add some root vegetables and enough stock to cover the meat. Cover with a lid, place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated or until the meat is tender and can be broken up with a fork or spoon.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
