THE LAST DAY TO ORDER YOUR CHRISTMAS TURKEY ONLINE:
FRIDAY, DECEMBER 15TH
Place your Christmas order by 11pm, December 15th and depending on the Collection or Delivery slot you choose, your order will be ready for collection or delivered between December 20th and 23rd.
What is the difference between a Christmas delivery/ collection slot and a regular delivery/ collection slot?
Christmas delivery/ collection slots fall between December 20th and 23rd. Certain Christmas products such as your Christmas Turkey cannot be added to a regular slot but can be added to a Christmas slot. Christmas slots that fall on the 22nd and 23rd of December can be amended up until 9pm on December 21st. All other slots can be amended right up until 11.59pm on the day before delivery/ collection.
Will there be any change to the online stores that offer Click & Collect?
We will not be offering same day Click & Collect between December 19th and 23rd.
How late can I leave it to update my shop?
Amend your order UP TO 11.59 pm the day before your delivery or collection.
However, If your order is due to be delivered or collected on the 22nd or 23rd of December please see below for order amending cut-off times:

Substitutions and returns
There may be times when your chosen product is out of stock and we must replace it with the best alternative available. To help us with this, please ensure the 'Allow Substitution' box is selected on the Review Cart page. If there are substitutions in your order, you’ll get an email detailing the original item you requested and its replacement. If you are not happy with the replacement, simply hand it back to your delivery driver and you will be refunded within 24 hours. Please note, your bank may take a further 3-5 working days to issue the refund.
When is Dunnes Stores online grocery closed for delivery & collection over Christmas?
Our delivery & collection service is closed on the 24th, 25th and 26th of December 2023.

In the event of any delays due to adverse weather conditions - we will do everything we can to get our service back to normal.
