Hob - From Chilled - Stir fry on a medium heat for 2 minutes.
Microwave - From Chilled - 750W or Category D:
Pierce film lid several times. Microwave on full power for 3 minutes. Stir thoroughly, leave to stand for 1 minute and serve.
Oven cook - From Frozen - Defrost thoroughly then follow normal cooking guidelines.
Oven cook - From Chilled - Remove outer sleeve, pierce film lid several times. Place container on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4 for 15 minutes. Stir and serve.
