100ml Elderflower Tonic Water

100ml Prosecco

35ml Hendrick's Gin
100ml Elderflower Tonic Water
100ml Prosecco
Lemon slice
Cucumber slice

METHOD

Fill a balloon glass with ice.
Pour in the gin and elderflower tonic, stir for a couple of seconds with a teaspoon.
Top up with the Prosecco and stir again.
Garnish with a cucumber & lemon slice.
Please drink sensibly.
