Consume within 24 hours of opening and by 'use by' date. For 'use by' date, see front of pack. Suitable for home freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze.

Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Cooks in the bag and foil tray provided. Remove card sleeve and film before cooking.
160°C, Fan 140°C, Gas 3, 120 mins.
Preheat oven. Place the beef in its bag, in the foil tray provided on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook for time indicated. Remove from the oven and leave to rest for 5 minutes before opening the bag. Take care when opening the bag as steam will escape and juices will be hot.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout.
Do not reheat.
Preparation and Usage
Serving Suggestion
To serve, carefully remove the beef from the bag and place onto a large chopping board. Thinly slice the brisket against the grain and serve with some of the delicious juices and sauce that remain in the bag.
