Consume within 24 hours of opening and by 'use by' date. For 'use by' date, see front of pack. Suitable for home freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze.

Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Cooks in the bag provided. Remove card box before cooking.
180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 50 mins.
Preheat oven. Place the pork fillet in its bag in a deep sided roasting tin and place on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook for 35 minutes and then increase the oven temperature to 220°C/240°C/Gas 7 and cook for a further 15 minutes until the rashers are golden and crispy and all juices run clear. Remove from the oven and leave to rest for 5 minutes before opening the bag. Take care when opening the bag as steam will escape and juices will be hot.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout.
Do not reheat.
