A delivery charge of €3, €5 or €7 will apply depending on delivery time slot.

How do I register for a Dunnes Stores Online Grocery Account?

To set up your account click ‘Sign In or Register’ on the top of the screen. Be sure to confirm your email address by clicking on the link sent in your confirmation email. Please note that you cannot use your Dunnes Stores Fashion and Homewares login or Dunnes Stores App login on our grocery website.



How do I use my VALUEclub card?

Sign in to your account and select ‘VALUEclub’. Once your card has been added, your online and in-store purchases from the last 6 months will appear under ‘past purchases’.



Do I need a VALUEclub card?

No. However, after your first order is placed, you will receive a welcome pack that includes a VALUEclub card



What  are  your delivery time  options? 

We offer seven-day delivery with delivery slots between 8 am and 10 pm. Your order will be delivered within the 2-hour time slot of your choice



How is my shopping picked and packed?

Our Personal Shoppers will pick the freshest products with the longest sell-by date for your delivery. They will pack your shopping into crates with care, placing heavier items at the bottom. Food and non-food will be in separate crates. Shopping is stored at the correct temperature at all times and delivered in temperature-controlled vehicles.

Do you pre-authorise my card details?

No, we don’t pre-authorise card details. Funds will not be taken from your card until your order is scanned by your personal shopper. Please ensure your card has sufficient funds and is valid on the morning of your delivery.
