Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before use or cook directly from frozen. Use within 24 hours of defrosting. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.

Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Oven cook - From Frozen - As above, adjusting cooking time to 30-35 minutes. Ensure food is piping hot, cooked throughout, juices run clear and no pink colour remains before serving.
Oven cook - From Chilled - Preheat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6. Place fillets on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 18-22 minutes.
