Once ground, our beans can be used in espresso machines, cafetières or filters.
Espresso:
Follow your machine manufacturer's instructions, using as fine a grind as possible, to achieve optimum results.
Cafetières:
Use one rounded dessert spoon of coffee per cup for normal strength coffee and add freshly boiled (not boiling) water.
Filter coffee:
Use one tablespoon of coffee for two cups and follow the manufacturer's instructions for use.
