Preparation and Usage
How Do You Take Meno Active?
Empty the contents of one sachet into a glass and add a minimum of 250ml of water (increase quantity to suit taste) and stir to dissolve. Take one sachet plus one capsule once a day,
preferably 30 minutes before food. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
