Keep refrigerated between 0°C and +4°C. Once opened use immediately. Do not exceed the use by date. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase. Use within one month of freezing.
Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator prior to cooking. Do not refreeze once thawed. Use within 24 hours of defrosting.

Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled - All appliances vary the times and temperatures given are guidelines only. For best results refer to manufacturer's guidelines.
Remove all packaging.
Pre-heat conventional oven to 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5. Fan assisted oven 170°C. Place in an oven proof dish and cook on middle shelf of the oven for approximately 20 minutes per 454g (lb) plus 20 minutes extra. Allow chicken to stand in a warm place for approximately 10 minutes prior to serving.
Ensure product is thoroughly cooked before eating. To check product is cooked, insert a skewer into the deepest part of the flesh. If product is cooked, the juices will run clear, if not continue to cook and repeat check as required. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
