History - In 1984, Joseph Helfrich, an artist-entrepreneur, designed a bottle with a revolutionary shape. The bottle, christened Joséphine, was distinguished by its original curves: a slanted neck and a generous body. It was a real challenge at the time, even needing its own production chain.

Regional Information - GASCONY: Located between the Atlantic Ocean and the Pyrenees, Gascony enjoys a climate that is ideal for growing aromatic grapes. It produces fresh, attractive wines of great elegance. From this unique winegrowing region, we select our best white varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc.
Vinification Details - The grapes are harvested before they are entirely ripe for perfect health and then crushed rapidly at a low temperature. Fermentated at a very low temperature
(12-17°) to preserve all the aromas. Rapidly fined and conserved at a low temperature.
