Store in a cool, dry place. Exposure to heat or sunlight can cause separation of the cocoa butter. This may result in a white discoloration developing on the chocolate.

Preparation and Usage
Why not tray making a Chocolate Kimberley Biscuit Cake?
Melt 120g butter, 2 tbsp golden syrup and 150g milk chocolate over a low heat. Break up 12 Elite Kimberleys and stir into the mixture. Spread into a loaf tin lined with cling film.
Leave to set, then remove and slice into bars.
