Preparation and Usage
Why not try making a Caramel Mikado Banoffee?
Break up some Caramel Mikados and add to a serving glass. Top with sliced bananas, caramel sauce, freshly whipped cream and a dusting of cocoa powder. Cut another Caramel Mikado in half and place on top to finish.
Exposure to heat or sunlight can cause separation of the cocoa butter. This may result in a white discoloration developing on the chocolate.
