Boil - From Frozen - Place the required amount of Green Isle Garden Peas into boiling water. Cover, bring back to the boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Cooking Instructions - General - These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances vary. This product must be cooked thoroughly. Always check the product is piping hot before serving.
Microwave - From Frozen - Place 160g of Green Isle Garden Peas into a microwaveable container with lid, add 2-3 tablespoons of water.
Heat for 1.2 minutes, stir then heat for another 1-2 minutes at 800W.
Stand for 1 minute before serving.
