In a hot frying pan, melt 50g butter and 2tbsp olive oil.<br/>
Slice 3-4 handfuls of our exotic organic Shiitake.<br/>
Then sauté with some salt and pepper.<br/>
Once they start to soften and colour, add a clove or two of crushed garlic.<br/>
Season and cook until soft and well-flavoured.<br/>
At this stage, you can either use the sauteed mushrooms to make an omelette or add 100ml cream and cook out a little more and use this as a pasta sauce.<br/>
You can also cook them for a little longer until the cream reduces and spoon over some toast for mushrooms on toast.<br/>
